TVPS Update Week #10 - Friday, October 31st, 2025

Principal's Message

Hello Teston Village PS families,

Thank you for another wonderful week!

November is always a busy and exciting month as we prepare for Progress Reports and Parent-Teacher Interviews. This is a great opportunity for students and families to work together to set both academic and social goals. We encourage students to share their goals with their teachers, so we can support them in achieving success.

A reminder that attendance and punctuality are also reflected on the Progress Report. Please ensure your child arrives at school on time to avoid being marked late. Our doors open at 8:00 a.m., giving students 15 minutes to settle in before the bell. Being punctual is an important life skill that helps students begin their day calmly and ready to learn. Developing this habit early builds a strong foundation for success—both in school and beyond.

On November 11th, we recognize the sacrifice that many Canadians made while serving in our Armed forces around the world in conflicts and peacekeeping missions.  On November 11th, we will have a Remembrance Day service for our students, staff and families. For more information on Remembrance Day, please visit the Government of Canada website.

Below, you’ll find a recap of this week’s highlights as well as some upcoming events.

Sincerely,
Ms. S. Mediratta
