School Council

Join Our School Council

At Teston Village Public School, we value strong partnerships between home and school. One meaningful way to stay informed and involved is by joining our School Council.

We meet six times per year, and each meeting includes an update from the Principal about what’s been happening at the school and what’s coming up. It’s a great opportunity to:

  • Hear about upcoming events and initiatives
  • Share your ideas on how we can strengthen family engagement
  • Learn how you can volunteer and support students in meaningful ways

School Council is a welcoming space where your voice matters. Whether you're interested in learning more about school life, sharing suggestions, or finding new ways to support our students, we would be happy to have you join us.

We look forward to working together to support our school community!

You can engage in your child’s learning at home and school in many ways. The school council provides advice on school matters and helps to strengthen the important relationship between schools, families and their communities. The council includes family members, school staff and community members.

Please contact our school office for more information on School Council minutes.
